The Caroline County Board of Supervisors adopted a revised fee schedule for the Department of Planning & Community Development at its July 22, 2008 meeting. The revised fees are designed to cover the cost of services provided by the department. The most significant changes to the schedule are 3rd party/legal plan review fees, which were previously absorbed by the County.
