Proposed Ordinance to Repeal and Replace Chapter 103 (Taxation), Article XV (Delinquent Personal Property Taxes) of the Caroline County Code to Provide for the Imposition of Administrative and Attorney’s Fees on Delinquent Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills and Other Charges as Permitted by State Law
