- Kelley from Dawn writes: Driving home on Camp Road toward Courtney Road in an open field on the left was a beautiful Bald Eagle eating something. He just looked at us and did not even move when we took a picture. Some of my neighbors saw him/her too. What a treat that was.

- Barbara of Port Royal writes: We have an active eagle's nest within site of our house on Portobago Trail. There are a pair of nesting eagles occupying the nest. We are unable to see if there are chicks. On Saturday, the pair flew over our yard. The male eagle had a large fish which he took to the nest. What a glorious sight.
