Caroline County Department of Public Utilities is now accepting applications for a full-time Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator for our expanding Wastewater Treatment Facility.
Applicants for the Operator position must possess a Class III Wastewater Operator’s License, a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. This position requires working rotating shifts, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, including weekends and holidays. A Class IV Operator or a Trainee position will be considered if the applicant possesses sufficient related knowledge and skills.
The salary range for a licensed Class III Operator is $30,912-$35,500 and includes a comprehensive benefits package. Starting salary depends on qualifications.

Firefighter / Medics provide entry-level, technical protective service work in the field of fire suppression, prevention, emergency medical services and associated emergency services.
