Calling All Skateboarders! On Saturday, August 1, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Caroline Parks & Recreation will celebrate their first year of having a Skateboard Park. The celebration includes Full Course and Best Trick Competitions, free food, and lots of fun. There will be trophies given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place winners. This event is FREE and open to the public, however there is a $5.00 fee to enter the competition and a deadline date of July 30, 2009; this fee includes a tee shirt. The Skateboard Park is located in the Caroline Rec. Park which is behind the Caroline High School. Join us for a day of fun, bring the family, and remember to bring your helmet if you want to skate in the park. | |
