The meeting dates are predicated on the applicant submitting a complete application which addresses all comments from staff, TRC, Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors. This schedule is NOT GUARANTEED; the Boards or Commissions may alter their meeting dates and times as needed during the course of the year. When a submission/filing date falls on a holiday, the next regular business day will be the filing date. The submission/filing date for rezonings, special exceptions, etc. falls on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. 15 Days prior to advertisement for public hearing ALL REVISIONS AND PROFERS MUST BE SUBMITTED. The TRC committee meets on the 1st Wednesday of each month. The Planning Commission meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. The Board of Supervisors holds its public hearings on the 4th Tuesday of each month (except in December when there is only 1 meeting and there are no public hearings during this meeting). The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month. *Dates altered due to holidays.
