STAFFING REQUIREMENTS
The Caroline Plant has
been rated as a Class I reliability and requires operation by persons with a Class II
certification issued by the state of Virginia. This facility is
to be staffed 8 hours per day/seven days per week.
The organization of
personnel involved in operation of this facility are the County Administrator, the
Director of Public Utilities, the Assistant Director of Public Utilities, the
Superintendant of Public Utilities, the Plant Supervisor, the Plant Labratory Technician,
and the Plant Operators who are involved in the day to day details of the plant
operations, maintenance and laboratory testing.
The Caroline County
Wastewater Treatment Plant staffs daily goals are to operate efficiently and
effectively to ensure high quality effluent standards to protect public health and safety.
